Ontario Basketball has announced Return to Play guidelines for Phase 4 of a multi-phased approach to safely resuming basketball activities. The guidelines include now allowing teams in Green-Yellow-Orange (but not Red) zones to scrimmage in team practices, with modified game-play rules to avoid contact.
