Players will have skills sessions every 2nd week. The skills sessions are optional to attend. They are for individual skill development and not part of your regular team practices. Unfortunately there are no alternate slots available so please do not request a change as all the sessions are full and have been assigned out.
Players should bring their ball, water bottle and indoor running shoes.
Skills sessions are at St. Patrick School at 68 Larkin in Barrhaven. DO NOT go to St. Patrick's High School in Alta Vista.
To enter the school go to the side door. The custodian will only open the door right before the first session, if you show up early the door may be locked.
